How often is the cleaning done?
Communal hallways and stairs are cleaned fortnightly.

Window Cleaning is every three months. 

You are responsible for the cleaning the inside of your windows.

Cleaning of internal communal windows and partition glazing is carried out annually.

The east bin store is swept and tidied every month

The inside of the bins are cleaned every three months, with cleaning split over two consecutive weeks to tie-in with rubbish collections.

Cleaning Schedule:

Communal Hallways Cleaning:
Fortnightly, starting w/c 21st October 2024

2026 Schedule:
January - 12th & 26th
February - 9th & 23rd
March - 9th & 23rd
April - 6th & 20th
May - 4th & 18th
June - 1st & 15th & 29th
July - 13th & 27th
August - 10th & 24th
September - 1st & 21st
October - 5th & 19th
November - 2nd & 16th & 30th
December - 14th & 28th

External Window Cleaning (weather permitting):
3 Monthly in the following weeks:

- w/c 5th January 2026
- w/c 13th April 2026
- w/c 13th July 2026
- w/c 19th October 2026

Internal Communal Window & Partition Glazing: Cleaning will take place in July each year and is generally spread over a couple of visits.

East Bin Store:
  - Swept and tidied every month
  - Bins cleaned inside and out every three months (January / April / July / October). Visits will be split over 2 consecutive weeks to tie-in with rubbish collections.
